Shipping Costs & Policy
Shipping policy
Water softener orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We use an express delivery courier who collect the day after order and deliver within 1-2 working days following collection. Please note, our water filters and block salt orders are ordered from Harvey Water Softeners and therefore can take up to 7-10 days to be delivered.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer £5.99 flat rate shipping to areas in the UK for orders under £1000.
For orders over £1000 shipping is free of charge.

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders on salt, filters & softeners if you are located within York or the North East and your order is above the minimum delivery threshold.
Deliveries are made from 9am - 4pm on Thursdays & Fridays.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at TS255TG. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up - please email to arrange pick up.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-5pm on Monday- Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping except to Ireland.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been collected by DHL details will be available via a tracking number. Your phone number and email will be given to DHL express delivery so you will be notified of the delivery time on the day.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 working days of receiving your confirmation email, please contact us at sales@newatersofteners.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
