This page explains order processing, UK delivery, local delivery, pickup and order tracking for North East Water Softeners.
Shipping policy
Water softener orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive a further notification when your order has shipped. We use an express delivery courier who usually collects the day after dispatch is arranged and delivers within 1–2 working days after collection.
Water filters and block salt orders may be fulfilled via Harvey Water Softeners and can take up to 7–10 days to be delivered.

Local delivery
Free local delivery may be available for orders on salt, filters and softeners if you are located within York or the North East and your order is above the minimum delivery threshold.
Local deliveries are usually made from 9am–4pm on Thursdays and Fridays.
In-store pickup
You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup at TS25 5TG. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared for collection. Please email us to arrange pickup.
Pickup hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday. Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting.
International shipping
We do not offer international shipping except to Ireland.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been collected by DHL or the relevant courier, tracking details will be available via a tracking number. Your phone number and email may be provided to the courier so you can receive delivery updates.
If you have not received your order within 3 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact sales@newatersofteners.co.uk with your name and order number.
