What is the ZeroWater Filter Jug?
The ZeroWater Filter Jug 2.3L is a water filter jug designed to provide 10 cups at one time. This product can be stored in the fridge and is designed for the quick and easy pouring of fresh filtered water.

This ZeroWater jug uses a patented water filtration system, combining 5 different technologies - working together to remove virtually all impurities and dissolved solids from your water. It is also one of the only brands to be certified by the NSF to reduce lead and also reduces 99% of all Fluoride from your water.
How Does this Filter Jug Work?
Step 1 - the first layer of filtration is activated carbon and an oxidation reduction alloy. This stage removes chlorine and the chlorine taste from your tap water.
Step 2 - The second step includes a process of Ion Exchange stage to remove 99% of dissolved solids that may be left over, including aluminium, lead, zinc and nitrates.
There are then 3 additional stages designed to remove other contaminants, delivering water that has virtually 0% dissolved solids.

Returns Policy
We offer a returns policy for stock items ordered only if the following applies: . The return reason is due to an error made by NEWS, whereby we will refund the item and the delivery charges. . The purchased item is faulty or damaged. In the event of a damaged or fault product, the customer must contact our customer service and returns team within 3 working days of delivery. In this event, a replacement or refund will be arranged. The return must be logged within 14 days after the original purchase. If a return is due to a customer error or change of mind - there may be a restock fee applied.
Shipping
For orders over £1000 shipping is free of charge. Shipping costs for orders under £1000 is £5.99. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We use an express delivery courier who collect the day after order and deliver within 1-3 working days following collection.
